you should have also gotten pre arrival and eligibility

Hello is there any one protected person and applied for PR in July 2023 got any PR update. I applied in July 2023 in sep 2024 got pre arrival services and eligibility approval then later on no update. Anyone can advise me what I can do it’s almost 29 months for me.
