1)i have been in concentration camp for year
2) the Israel Imegration authorities doesn’t accept us refugees
3) and now they are announcing new low ( deportation or jail )

If you want to come to Canada as a refugee, you first need to be officially identified as a refugee by UNHCR. Once you are identified as a refugee, UNHCR will eventually refer you to a country for resettlement. That country might be Canada or it might be another country - you don't get to chose.

So your first step is to get in contact with UNHCR in the country where you are currently living.

If UNHCR rejects you and you still want to come to Canada, then you would need to apply to immigrate through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry / Federal Skilled Worker based on your past work experience, language skills, education and other factors. Sorry - I don't understand what you are saying.

If you are asking if your friend can sponsor you - the answer is no.

I can only answer questions about Canadian asylum. I don't know how you apply for asylum to other countries. If you want to find out how to apply for asylum to other countries, you will likely have to research this information on the internet.

For Canada, you cannot apply for asylum directly. You must be identified as a refugee by UNHCR and then referred by UNHCR to Canada for resettlement.

I assume you are in Israel and are likely from Eritrea or Sudan. Unfortunately there are not a lot of great options. As previously mentioned it will be almost impossible to get a visa to Canada. If you are able to register as a refugee with UNHCR you can try and apply to be resettled but their are only so many resettlement spots so it could take years or may not happen. I apologize that I don't have more encouraging news.
