I re-applied for my visa today!!! :(

Hi friends

as u all know i got a refusal 3 days back stating i will not leave canada after course, no sufficient funds, course mismatch.

Today i reapplies under general rule. With a cover letter stating why canada, why that course, why seneca coll. I explaine mu future plans and why i will surely be back to india after course.

And another letter answering all their points reg my refusal.

Ths time i included all the income tax return papers, bank statements, ca statement, lic papers, some asset documents etc to make my case stronger.

And even i included my original medical report form.

My file will be under process by monday 20th dec.

Lets see ....... 15 working days left before my class start. Hope god will help me this time.

Lets see. 11 working days until my classes start.

@ vizag may god help u, i always pray for all of my friend those are in trouble. my case is almost same to u. i have shown my mother's income(Rs.187000) bcoz father deceased on 2009. i have a loan of Rs.509000 against Rs.6.75 lac fds, paid full fees . i am only son of my parents. did u show any brother or sister on the p. information form? and was ur loan aginst fd or property. pls reply me. 27 working day has passed.
