I paid our fees. Do I have to fill the info on the receipt?

Hello to all

Finally today we paid our apps fees through credit card on the online system. I printed an A4 size receipt just like the one below (for obvious reasons I covered the numbers etc.) Do I have to fill the empty lines or just send it as is along with our apps

its what we did my wife filled that out and include it in our application forms.

Yes you can fill it out. You can write either the sponsor's or the applicant's address information here.

I heard that basically, CIC does not care whose information you fill out as long as you include this receipt with the package and they verify that the fees are paid for that particular application and associate that receipt number with that application.

We paid at a bank and the teller told us she was required to fill it out.... so it's probably a good idea
