I need your suggestions to update IELTS on my existing application

I gave IELTS on 21st november and i want to submit my scores to CIC.

My app was submitted on 15th sep and then i got profile expired on 17th after which it has stayed same since. I believe its due to expired IELTS that it has not been processed yet. I created another profile on which i am yet to update this new IELTS score.

Instead of that, i want to send a ENQUIRY to CIC to update my IELTS on existing application. What do you think i should do and how should i do it.

My new scores are -

Listening 8.00
Reading 8.50
Speaking 7.00
Writing 7.50
OverAllBandScore 8.00

Please help with this.

Yea my app was submitted on 15th september 2015 with expired IELTS.

Since this it is stuck on review of eligibility in progress.

How should i go about this now ?
