Hello everyone my name is jignesh I need some help.
My work permit was expired in march 5 2013. My 90 days of restoration time also expired. Before that I apply for visitor visa and I receive my SINP in july 27 2013. So i apply for my permanent residence gile and I also send my passport out side canada for work permit in new york visa office. On September 4 I receive mail from viergvilla that my visitor visa file was rejected.
My medical done on August 23. I receive my passport back on January 29 and they rejected my work permit. fhey give reason that I stay in canada longer then I Should so I leave canada. My question is can I apply for new work permit from india and is there any problem in my permanent residence file?
