I need to relocate to another province with the same employer on a closed work permit under CUSMA

Hello, I have a question.

I have a closed work permit exempt from LMIA with a CUSMA agreement, with my job in Vancouver. Recently, my company is about to open an office in Toronto, and they really want me there. I have traveled to Toronto twice and stayed for a month each time, working remotely. However, my boss recently told me that I need to work full-time in Toronto. I agreed and applied online for my new work permit extension to be able to work in Toronto.

I already received the letter from IRCC giving me an extension of my WP while I wait for a decision from them, my worry is it says this:
"You must continue to respect all employer, occupation and location conditions and restrictions listed on your present work permit until a decision is made on your application."

My question is: Can I be in Toronto and work remotely with the office of Vancouver while waiting for my work permit to be approved?

It states it very clearly you can’t

Yes just withdraw the online application if you secure another WP at the border.
