Hi everyone, please help me I'm desperate.

I have a problem when I fill out the form of visitor visa. I need to clarify that my visa application is urgent, however I do not have the option "description field" to write "COVID-19" I can only choose "others" on purpose of travel. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I don't know if I'm filling out the wrong form. I don't understand what's wrong. I'm sorry if this is something silly, but I'm very desperate.

Most applicant applying at this time of Pandemic is for urgent processing. So no they won’t expedite your processing. Have patience and wait for your turn

Sorry if I can't make myself understood, I don't want preferential treatment, what I mean is that I don't find the description field. This is what I mean...

Step 2: Fill out the form
When answering the question on the application form about the purpose of travel, enter the following information exactly as written to make sure your application is prioritized:

  • For question 1 a) purpose of travel, choose “other” from the drop-down menu.
  • For question 1 b) description field, write “COVID-19” exactly like this (you must use capital letters).
As you can see it says "enter the following information exactly as written to make sure your application is PRIORITIZED"

I cannot be patient knowing that my mother has only 2 weeks before his death.

You won't find it in the widget but in the actual form that you fill IMM5257 something has that field. I filled it last month.
