and conditions would be as applicable to your role and responsibility. The
organization reserves the fullest right to act and amend these guidelines and
directives to suit the business objectives of the Company.
Tentative Date of Joining: You will join on or before 26TH, JULY 2019

Reporting:
You will report to, Human Resource Manager or to any other company official as
advised from time to time. The manner, frequency and method of reporting shall be
as directed by the above person.
Remuneration:
Your annual gross salary (on cost to company basis) shall be $114,533 per annum
(One hundred and fourteen thousand, five hundred and thirty three dollar) which will
include the standard annual bonus for your performance. The salary break-up is
annexed as Enclosure – A.
Allowances:
Tickets and class of travel for business will be arranged in accordance with the
prevalent company policy. At present, for your case, it would be as follows:
a. Local Travelling by car would be at Management decided rates on actual.
b. Outstation traveling can be through departmental car / Taxi, in this order and
priority, with proper written approvals from the superiors.
c. Hotel stays for outstation travel in cities inclusive of food shall not exceed $500/-
per day and for other towns and cities should not exceed $350/- per day.
Expenses incurred on behalf of the company will be reimbursed provided the same
is covered by specific approval from competent authorities. All expenses related to
your business responsibility whilst in the organization employment would be
reimbursed on receipt after due verification.
Kindly note that the settlement of these bills with the accounts department will
necessarily be done within one week of the trip, else, prior approval from the
superior with the reason for this delay has to be submitted to the accounts in-charge.
Bonus:
This will be part of the Cost to Company and also per prevailing Company
standards.
Taxation:
The organization will be responsible for payment of all income taxes on payments of
your above-mentioned compensation as well as other benefits and allowances
relating to your appointment pursuant to this Letter of Appointment. Further, taxes
shall be settled by you as per applicable laws that govern the employment contracts regulations in Canada.

Notice Period:

During your tenure with the organization, should you wish to terminate your
employment, you will have to give the Management a 3 month written notice, or a
payment of 3 month compensation in lieu of such notice. However, the management
may, if you are found to be in breach of any of the conditions of this employment, or
are not performing to the desired level of your efficiency, may terminate your
appointment by giving no notice.
Upon the failure to comply with providing adequate notice period and the proper
hand over duties and assets allocated, as applicable, to the organization, the
management reserves the right to withhold the release letter and provide negative
reference checks.
Leave Policy:
You will be entitled to privilege leave and other leave as applicable, with supervisor’s
consent, in accordance with relevant company policy. You will have to seek written
approval from your supervisor prior to taking any leaves. Leaves without leave
encashment are allowed within a year are:
A Casual Leave (CL) : 06 days
B Sick Leave (SL) : 08 days
C Earned Leave (EL) : 12 days
Postings/ Transfers:
You will be posted and work in Toronto. However, the management reserves the
right to change your title, location, position and responsibilities from time to time as
required by the business needs of the organization.
Office Timings:
Normal office hours will be from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
However, it might be necessary from time to time to report for work and/or to work
later than normal hours, if required under special circumstances or when an
assignment deadline has to be met. These would be as per the job responsibility
description.
Duties:
You shall, during the hours of attendance, during the day or week, as may be
required, from time to time, diligently and punctually perform all duties and tasks
which the company authorized employee may request or require you to perform.
You shall, at all times, comply with all the rules and regulations and instructions at
any time laid down or given by the company for the guidance of its employees and
relevant to the employment and appointment held by you.
