i need suggestion

hi all
its seem that this website is good .
i have some quries that my wife applied for skill worker immigerante from pakistan in last june2009 in july she got acceptance and then we submited our documnets in october2009. we got new case number from islamabad in december.after that there is no crosspondance.
now i have ot situation here that i m in UK and my wife join me in feb2010. in july we have got baby .
we are still in UK and i have found that all pakistani case transfered to london .
i want to know what should i need to do how can i find my application progress ,on website its show that RECIVED MY VISA OFFICE.
should i need to inform them about my baby ,if yes how ??.
in case of medical can i do my family medical in here rather than pakistan,
should i need to update my bank statmnet bcoz of my new born baby???

You need to inform them about the baby, re-do all forms that would change because of the baby as well as send the baby's processing fee to your visa office. You can do your medicals wherever you are.
