Hi to Everyone,
Below is a mail sent to me from the Visa office. I wrote to them asking about my file and that is the answer they sent to me. Please i do not know what it means, that your file is being processed? could someone help explain to me.

Thanks and waiting anxiously.

Good morning Madam,
this to inform you that we have not received your fax.
You file is being processed.
Thank you

Canadaforall.

Why,

I see thats written in English. Surely not in French or Spanish !!!
it says, you sent a FAX and later inquired about it, they replied that they didnt get it.
SIMPLE

Hi Jnathan,
Thanks for your response. Yes, it is written in simple English and i have understood that part and there is another second part of the sentence, which says, your file is being processed.

That is the part i have not understood. When he said your file is being processed, i do not know what it means and if they are still looking at the documents to see if i have the 67 points.

Waiting for anyone to help explain to me.

Thanks.

There is no hide and seek game in Canadian PR scoring system.
You must have calculated your score before you sent your app to CIO.
you know your factors, so you know your score, its that what you'll count at home will also be counted by the IO at his office.

you must have scored 67 or +, else CIO wouldnt process your file at first place.
now wait for Medical if everything goes well.

Hi Jnathan,
Thanks for your reply. I will just wait patiently like you have advised me.

Thanks once small.

CIO is not responsible for calculating marks. At cio irs only your NOC that is being checked. Your visa office is responsible for checking your eligibility. If ur ecas says in process that means u hv passed 67 points barrier. Moreover vo responce is itself positive that your file is bwing processed. Goodluck to you

Hi Pk09,
Thanks a lot for your quick response. Well i will be w aiting patiently.

Hi Pk09,
I forgot one thing to let members know that my E.case has never change, the visa office never updates it. It still shows the same old information from Nova Scotia. Is this normal, but the visa officer just sent me the above short message, when i sent him a mail asking about my file situation.

Members please share your experience.

i hope so that ur file has passed67 points in the light of vo response. Moreover dont rely on ECAS too much since sometimes it is not updated. There r examples on forum tht people even landed in canada nd their ECAS still showing in process.
Goodluck and be positive

Hi Pk09,
Thank you so much. I hope so too. The information has really helped me. Let us w ait and see what happens next.
