i am a trinidad citizen living in the us , i had applied for asylum a few years ago and was denied i am currently living in the US but my fiancee is currently living in Canada we a planning to get married in the summer.
I want to know if she can sponsor me even due to my legal status in the US.
She is a Canadian permanent resident but she does not have a full time job and have a student loan will that cause problems too.

Assuming you were not legally admitted to the US for 1 year, once you marry, the application will have to be processed in Port of Spain. As long as she is not collecting welfare, except for disability it will not effect her ability to sponsor.
