My name is Li HaiLing, applying for a visit visa to Canada for visiting my son who is studying there. I currently live in Pingxiang, Jiangxi, China.
I received the request for submitting my finger biometrics in a VAC in China. The request letter IMM5756_1-HVQQE85. According to the letter, I have to go to a VAC in China within 30 days in person. The problem is, Spring festival is closing. Specifically, it will start on Feb 5, 2019. During the Spring Festival, every worker will go back home, thus there is no ticket left for me to purchase. After the Spring Festival which usually lasts for 15 days, people will go back to work, and there is, again, no ticket left for me to go anywhere because all the tickets have been reserved. Even if I am so lucky to get one ticket, the time may be run out by the time spent on reserve with VAC.
I found that in IMM5756_1-HVQQE85 saying that I need to contact IRCC t https://www.canada.ca/immigration. However, I spend a lot of time not able to find an email address can handle this. All the channel could be related to this saying that they would not care about my request as long as my application is in processing? Which IRCC should I contact? I did send 2 emails to ganzu-immigration@international.gc.ca but there is no reply to me. What should I do?
