So you were studying in your home country without a permit as you said you are supposed to resume in January 2024.
If you have been rejected multiple times then you should have been ordering GCMS notes. What were reasons for refusal? What is your profile and program? What did you change in each reapplication.
If you cannot address reasons then may want to look at studying in another country or your own country.
