I am Canada PR since dec 2017 I had a girlfriend in my back home Afghanistan Now I have a baby from her which she don't want the baby and asking me to come and take the child
Is there any way that I can bring my child here in Canada

Did you declare her and have her medically examined for your PR app?

No I wasn't know about child before she just told me like a month before

As the child was not declared, she is excluded and you cannot sponsor her. You could attempt H&C by claiming that you didn't know that the child existed when you immigrated but chances of approval are very low.

Unfortunately, that is not relevant. There are Regulations that cover this situation in Canada and it doesn't matter what the reason is for leaving the child out of the application.

Are you married? If so, I wonder if there is the remote possibility that your spouse could adopt the child legally and then sponsor.
I have no idea what the chances are but the mother clearly doesn't want the child. It's just a thought....

Yes her mother dosn't want her bcz she already get married with someone else no I am not married if it's possible to adopt it I will ask my mom to adopt her,
