Hello everyone!
I need help please! we sent our application for sponsorship November 21, 2017. we still didn't get any news from them. it's about 3 months ago. today I was checking out the copy of the papers I sent to lawyer i find mistake on the representative contact information. her Email missing same letters. and there's phone, fax number and address correct. just email not correct. .
could you tell me guys what can I do before contact to the lawyer. Thank you

Submit a CSE (case specific enquiry) request stating that the email address provided was wrong and what it should be.

Thank you so much! I contacted the lawyer she fixed that missing letters before she sent the application to immigration.
is it normal that we applied 3 months ago, and we stilling not get any news from immigration?

hang in there... You have to consider the Christmas/NewYear holidays in between. Workload would have been more. I guess, it should be more of your lawyer reaching out to IRCC to find this out, right.
