I`m international student from Eastern Europe currently attending Community College in Newfoundland and Labrador.
I was at that specific College only for 20 study days and find out that there is a better College in the area that is recognized all over Canada and North America as well International too. /Don`t want to mention names yet /.The place / Community College / is really crappie and small and the people that work over there are not nice at all and they are there only to get as much money as they can from you. So I stop going to classes and I didn`t pay them nothing, not even a single penny. But at the same time I`m waiting for Can Test in a about 2 weeks with different College which is awesome and much better than the other one.
Since I have a valid Study Visa for 2 years can I get in trouble with Immigration Services for not going to my original College and not paying anything???? But at the same time I`m waiting for acceptance at the other College which is identical to the other.
I know that:
“I am already in Canada and have a valid study permit. I would like to change my school or program of studies. What do I need to do to modify my study permit?
If you are changing schools and/or your program of study but remain at the same level (e.g., secondary level), you do not need to modify your study permit.
However, if for example you are a student at the primary school level and you are moving on to secondary school, or if you are a secondary school student and you are moving on to post-secondary studies, or if you are moving from post-secondary studies to secondary studies, you need to submit an application to modify your study permit at the Citizenship and Immigration Canada Case Processing Centre in Vegreville, Alberta.”
So I really need a good opinion on this one,please which ever advise you can give it to me :)
