I am so sorry, but I am keeping this secretive, I "*" out names for privacy and secrecy, but this is the absolute truth, and I feel this is theft, abduction, and persecution, please let me know what anyone thinks
My name is A*****, and I want some information, suggestions, and tips on what to do because I feel that everyone has ruined my life, before I start rambling on, I want to start at the beginning, I met a woman, named T****, she was an Australian woman, and had one beautiful daughter with her, D***, we moved to America, with me being an American Citizen, in July of 2010, shortly after moving, she started drinking heavily, and possibly abusing drugs, becoming violent, abusive to me and her son, my step son, and started an affair behind my back, in May of 2011, she had left me for one of these men, named John, and had left my daughter in my care, for 3 weeks, I had gotten police knocking on my door as well as Social Services doing welfare checks on my daughter and had satisfied all of their requirements to the point that the police were going to persue the reporter for making false reports, finally, my ex had filed for an Order For Protection on behalf of my daughter, and my daughter was returned to the mother pending trial.
At the trial, dated June 3rd, 2011, the Judge, Chief Judge of the **th District in Minnesota, P*** **** presided over, and from the first moment, was so gender biased I was in trouble from the get go, in my ex's testimony, she had testified under oath, that the day she left me, I had attempted to rape her, and when I was unable to, punched her in the head and jaw, almost breaking it, when it was my turn to cross examine her, I asked simple questions, like "Do you have any photo's of your injuries from this?" her answer was "no" when asked if Police were called, and a report filed, her answer was "no", she had also testified I had left a voicemail message on her phone with me supposedly beating my daughter on the phone, when also asked if she had this voicemail, she had said I had her password to her voicemail and must have deleted it, I also asked to present to the judge photo's that T**** had put on her facebook sitting in a hotel room with John dated 3 days after I supposedly almost broke her jaw, with no bruises, no swelling, no nothing, smiling and drinking with John, and the Judge refused to look at them, the judge then found me guilty of attempting to rape her, and domestic abuse, and granted me supervised visits up to 3 times a week, she also applied for citizenship through the Violence Against Womens Protection Act, claiming abuse, she got her Green Card and is now working as a Prostitute in Fargo, North Dakota
T**** had eventually left John, and by September, she had petitioned the courts to be allowed to move back to Australia with my daughter, who is an American Citizen, at this hearing, she had used the distance of which I had lived, and the fact that I had not much oppertunity to see my daughter due to the distance, gas prices, and me only having a part time job, as reason enough to leave the country, I had filed to have John, T****'s ex boyfriend testify, giving the courts plenty of time as to which no one could contend the time span and not have the testimony heard, in his testimony, John was going to testify that the day she had left me, she had not a bruise on her body, but instead, with an almost broken jaw, managed to give him oral sex, had seen T***** violent to both children, drank, did drugs, and was also violent to him, when time came to hear Johns testimony, the judge refused to let him take the stand, (this is the same Judge from before) and granted my ex permission to take my daughter back to Australia, I was almost held in contempt of court for telling the judge that if he left my daughter in her mothers care, she would be hurt, or worse
I moved closer to be with my daughter in December, tons of no shows, missed appointments to let me see my daughter, many times the police refused to do anything about it, the first time in December, I got to see her, December 27th, and my daughter had bruises on her face and back, I had called ******* County CPS regarding the issue, despite the fact they had found pipes, drugs, joints, and both my ex and her boyfriend tested positive for drugs, they let my daughter stay in that home
The worst possible thing happened to my Daughter, the night of January 17th, 2012, my daughter was admitted to the emergency room, someone, either my ex, or her boyfriend, had beaten my daughter so bad, the doctors feared she would die, her teeth were punched through her lips, and even though they can't prove it, there are allegations of sexual abuse, the man was charged, and later charges were dropped, due to the invalidity of my ex's statements and blatant lies, no justice was done for my daughter, no one was charged, and my daughter is left without a mother and a father, T****** had her Parental rights terminated over this
***** County Human Services has used this information to keep my daughter from me, I am an innocent man, law abiding, I am a good father, even my Aunt, a Domestic Abuse victim also said that the Judge was biased, a female friend of mine had hired the Guardian Ad Litem for her own personal custody evaluator and has even said the GAL was biased towards men, I feel like my daughter is a political prisoner, and ****** County has told me they plan on terminating my parental rights because of their biased opinions, I am supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around.
PS: I forgot to mention, that the Judge, even with all the reports, failed to see, or disregard that 2 weeks before T***** filed for the OFP, had seen Social Services, claiming I had raped her, then changed her story to say I had attempted to rape her in court, conveinant, eh? The man that supposedly beat my daughter, had his charges dropped, because of T*****'s lies in her statements, she would say one thing, then say something different 10 minutes later, say he called her, when phone records said otherwise, she has made herself known to be a compulsive lier, and a fraud, ****** County Human Services has not once cared for my relationship with my daughter, which is real good, given the circumstances, but I will never be happy until she is back, safe and sound with her father, I am not sure what you can do, I am running so quickly out of time and hope, I am not sure what to do anymore, I tell the truth, and I get kicked down, my daughter and I need justice for the injustice caused.
I am sending this message, because I feel my daughter needs her father, and I need my daughter, I am poverty stricken, I do not make much money, I have no lawyer to protect my rights, only a court appointed public defender, who does not ever do anything for me, just to agree with what the county wants. I follow their case plan, and now, August 21st, they have informed me they want to terminate my parental rights, I feel like if something is not done to preserve what ever little family my daughter has, that America is not worth saving, my daughter has rights to be happy, she is happy with me
