I am fresh graduate from Nigeria with currently no work experience. What are my chances of geting a student visa?

Depends upon various aspects like your academic score, IELTS score, proof of your financial standing, etc. Usually for fresh graduate its not very difficult to get a VISA but many other stuff as mentioned earlier come into play as well.
 
My CGPA is 4.01/5 i.e second class upper...Also, Nigerians are exempted from writing language test (University of Saskachewan). How do i prove my country ties? Thanks!

Country ties atleast in India to a good extent are proven by filling the Family Details form (an assumption based on various example as Embassy does not have a rigid method shown/told about anywhere). Also your education is your plus point and you don't have to write the language test, just prove enough financial ability and you should be good to go.
