I need help to retrieve my old account please

Good evening , I'm currently in Canada as an international student and my issue is that I can't access my online account so I created a new account so that I could link them but it is not working for me . Each time I try ,it keeps saying no application was found so I called IRCC and they the old account has been deleted . I have changed school and I have to update my account but I don't know how. I need help please . Thank you
