Concerning the application of sponsorship and undertaking, it says if you are found ineligible will you withdraw the application or proceed with the application, I am confused which one to choose ?

choose to withdraw the application. in this case you'll get all your paid fees back, except the 75$ for sponsor processing.

if you choose to "proceed" with the application, even if you're denied as a sponsor, CIC will still continue with your spouse's application - but it's pointless because she needs to be sponsored by you so your approval is vital.
