The daughter can't employ you.

Im worried because i dont know what to do. Can i still stay in canada even if my employer die?

You can remain in Canada as long as your work permit is valid.

However assuming your work permit is employer specific, you cannot work for anyone else. Unfortunately working for the daughter if your employer passes away will not be possible.
