I am a PGWP Holder working with an company. they were kind enough to offer me JOB OFFER which was LMIA supported. Today, i just get to know that My LMIA application got approved and my employer sent me scanned copy of that letter. i am having trouble in updating it properly.
i need help to get it done. i am confused in between 2-3 questions which are as follows

1. is AMARDEEP SINGH's job offer from the employer named on the current work permit? (required)
My Answer : NO

2. Four digit NOC code of current work permit
My Answer :6311

3. Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the current work permit?
My Answer : NO

as i am holding PGWP and it does not specify any employer name or any NOC code. what my answers are supposed to be these questions

Why did you ask for a LMIA if you are on a PGWP? When does your PGWP expire? So you have answered correctly, but not sure benefit of the LMIA.

I have my visa till may 2022. well i was appllying for express entry (PR) thats why i wanted to get extra 50 points from the job offer as my ielts score isn't enough to get an ITA.(my apologies for not explaining it well). and i just want to update this on my existing profile but the LMIA Section is so confusing. Kindly help me to sort it out. just to add on i also do have positive LMIA letter.

You don’t get 50 points with just a LMIA as you are on a PGWP. A PGWP is an open permit so you need to be on a closed permit. So to get the 50 points, you apply for a closed work permit and cancel your PGWP. So you have to decide whether to do that. Processing of the permit will take months and may be refused since you have a PGWP until 2022. Your employer went through a lot of paper for nothing.
