Post-bac or masters. Write to every university where you find a suitable program. They will tell you thier terms. Then you choose. Pay attention also to their tuition cost.

Uncle in Canada is not a good thing but rather bad.

SO my only option is post graduate diploma ? or masters ?

why is it a bad thing ...i thought it is a good thing ...someone who can provide support !?

someone who can provide support !?
Asking for temporary visa (like SP) while having a relative in Canada makes VO doubt if you will go home after graduation.

post graduate diploma ? or masters ?
I would say your work experience does not support MBA but you know better and what would you like to take: MBA or Post-Bacc program? What do you think you need for your further career development?
Concerning "there are only a few 2 years post graduate diplomas" , yes Post- bacc is not so popular as MBA but there are a lot of them in Ontario and quite a few in BC (for ex. www.tru.ca).
