I'm applying for Provincial Nomination Program alone. I have a common-law partner and he is a permanent resident. So I sent the documentation related to me and got a file number. But suddenly CIC sent a letter to me to upload my common-law partner's documents such as birth certificate etc. So I called CIC and they said I should submit my partner's documents if he is a permanent resident or not otherwise I might be rejected.

So I'm working on my partner's documentation then among them, there is a form Schedule A. But I have no idea how I need to write because I already sent the schedule A form about me and it looks like they ask me to submit my partner's form but he is not applying.
Do I need to fill his name on the applicant and submit? or need to call CIC?
Please help me. 2 days left.
Thank you.

Well. If in your schedule A u mention your partner as a common law then you just need to provide his documents like pr card etc and you have to mention him or her in family information form. He or she is not applicant, she or he will be dependent so principle applicant is you. You don’t need to fill schedule A for dependent if he or she is already PR. I hope it helps. Or you can call CIC again and confirm which forms and documents they need.
