i need answers.. please help!

Hi.
this might sound silly to some of you,
but i'm asking this as i'm concerned about my next entry to Canada.
i'm a Danish citizen, that lives in England. both excempt countries.
i visited Canada on the 21/10/10 to the 17/11/10 and i got a stamp in my passport saying: V-20AL2011
i have no idea what that really means.. but i'm planning on another visit to see my friends on the 12/01/11 so would i be able to get
and visit Canada frequently?

i was thrown into the immigration office at the port of entry when i first visited the country for a few questions, i take it that's normal as everyone basically did but Canadian citizen, i'll just have to satisfy the immigration officer again that i'll have a return ticket which will be in mid april next year.
what else do i have to show? bank statements saying that i can live off and that i got ties back home such as a job and a home?

i'm super nervous about it right now.. hope some of you out there can help.
