Wait 2-3 months to see if Sydney approves or refuses. If an approval you will have 120 days to submit a full application to the processing office, then you wait again for 6-12 months for the processing.

Make sure that your application reached NS Sydney by tracking it with the tracking number from the courier company. Then PMM has already answered the rest of the question.

It takes 6 to 12 months in my processing office!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is toooooo much....I heard it takes shorter than that?????????????

6 to 12 months is also from the date when you submit your full application to the local visa office which is only once you get approval from the NS, Sydney office. Earlier time was from 4-6 years for immigration to Canada

I applied under the same NOC ie 4131 and received the AOR after 67 days.
The average time is 60 to 70 days.
At Nova Scotia, the applications are marked to different officers, that is why some people get AOR after 60 days while the others in 70 days.
