me and my wife want to send few additional documents to my VO(singapore), we received sponsorship approval on 3rd ocober 2011. usually SG dont provide the file no. and they dont send AOR. We have got our Application no. from the sponsorship approval letter. my question is could we send the documents to the VO using the Application no? your advice will be highly appreciated. thanks in advance.

anyone knows what to do?

We never got our VO file number either, but we have sent additional evidence twice. We included a cover letter, stating both our names, our dates of birth, my sponsor's file number, and our contact information.

thanks dear, but what u put on top of the envelop? have u got any confirmation that they have added those documents to your main file? thanks again charlie, u have been very helpful as usual.

I put our names, my sponsor's file number and I addressed it to the Immigration section, and I clearly stated that it was "additional information relating to a PR application" (in capital letters). I don't know if it has been added to my file, Kingston doesn't feel any obligation to give me that information. Hopefully when I order my GCMS notes it will indicate that they received it and attached it to the correct file.
