Hello,
I applied for a CAQ online on 15 november 2023 And was deposit my reqired documents to arrima platform on 16 November 2023, but still now i did not received any update on my file. Its been over 30 working days. I am worried about something which delaying my application.
So far my timeline just says;

Opening of your file 2023-11-16
Confirmation of payment 2023-11-15
Acknowledgement of receipt of your application 2023-11-15

on Arrima: Statut du dossier éposé

Im just really worried and not sure of what to do, which email or telephone i can make a followup of my file?

You can send an email or call but isn’t normal processing times 25-30 business days so you are within that time frame. So from the time you submitted that is about 26 business day, no Also given the Christmas and New Years holidays, the government is closed for several days so no processing is completed.
