I need a help please and an answer to this

I applied for a Canadian visitors visa and i was denied and got a 5 years ban because of misrepresentation of my document "stated" 'that my bank statement looks fraudulent' but my statement of account is authentic. Now i want to know if it's possible for me to reapply again or should I have to wait till the ban is over, the accident just happened on April this year 2019.

If you can prove that IRCC has made an error, you can request reconsideration. However, if you were refused in April, it's probably too late now and the 5 years ban will apply.

How did you respond to the Procedural Fairness letter?

Any new application will be automatically refused until ban is over.
You could have challenged the decision in Canadian court with a lawyer but its too late now.
