I made a mistake on my Schedule A background declaration and have submitted it a week ago

I made a mistake on my Schedule A background declaration and i have submitted it a week ago. How can i correct this mistake. I don’t know if i should write IRCC about my mistake and send in another schedule A background declaration. Anyone out there that have gone through this before?

send an email to your VO or via IRCC webform an email explaining that you made the mistake with the revised Schedule A do it ASAP
