1 month ago i was arrested for drunk in public place cop hancufed me and took me to police staion and i was released in morning without any ticket or any document they just gave me warning .
i m on study visa i have valid study visa
after completing my studies i want to spply for work permit than pr application!!!

will it effect my future dealing with cic !!!

plzzzz tell me is their any 1 with same condition!!!

or is their any 1 having similar prblm

If they let you got without any written record and you've mentioned it was just a warning then i think there's nothing to worry about i'm assuming they didn't keep a record as well. I've been in a situation not exactly similar but a warning. I was driving down the highway to montreal and was pulled aside by a cop ghost car that overtook me while speeding @>200kmph at 2 AM ..cop checked me for drugs etc and took my details but let me go with a warning.. its been 4 years since i dont think it matters...

If you are not willing to listen to people then please stop posting. The definition of madness is asking the same question over and over and expecting a different answer.

It seems as if you want people to say it will impact your application, so OK yes its going to be a problem and you will not be granted PR.

are you hiding something else for repeating same question. if so , find a lawyer to get the peace. here just suggestions, you can take or not.

You'll be fine as they didn't issue you with a document, it was just a light handed warning.

oh , I think this guy must have problem now , the police just changed the job to as VO and he is reviewing the case , after check photo , the VO think, this guy is dangerous, drunk in public , I remembered. ok criminal effective.
