I lost my passport within my stamp visa there

hi I m exchange student. I lost my passport but I already have a new one. Somebody knows what is the process to get a stamp in my new passport and change my study permit?

thanks for your information.
I already applied to "verification of status or replacement of an immigration document" however Canadian Government sent me copy of my study permit keeping my old passport number. I dont know if that process is correct. in conclusion, I need to change my passport number in my study permit and obtain my new stamp.

Do I need to have my stamp and change my passport number if I only wanna leave from Canada?
