PR card expired last December. I thought about coming back but try to avoid Vancouver. The cost of everything was insane. Looking east if possible. I Install networks for a living.
You would need a PRTD or enter through the US Canada border. If you meet RO you should be fine. If you don’t, there’s a good chance you would be refused a PRTD or reported at the point of entry.
