I just got Biometrics Collection Letter

Hello friends,

Hope everyone are doing well?

I've applied for Canada transit visa in 26th January 2021 and today 09 February I got an notification where they provided me Biometrics Collection Letter .

I thought first they will approve my application and then will ask me for giving my bio-metrics but they sent Biometrics Collection Letter before the visa application decision which makes me a little bit worry.

Can you please let me know is it good hints or negative hints?

Biometrics request is mostly always before a decision has been made. What made you think that they send biometrics after approval?

@sarvesh90 Thank you very much friend for your kind help. Yes you are right it is always hear from other countries but I read some one form china applied for transit visa online then he was approved and asked to submit passport for visa. That's why thought it was pre-approved.

It may be because they already have his biometrics on file from a previous application.
