I just found it now .

now that offer letter information is correction, but the sign date is wrong.

CIC might attribute to human error. If you already have received your AOR, drop them an email pointing out the error. Anyhow, the offer letter is a supporting document and not a mandatory document, so you should be ok.

thanks, but my T4 and CRA NA I can supplied is 2013 , so I need support docs . 2013 not enough for a 1 year experience . need 2014 .

after I went through the website of CIC I find below link :

https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx?_ga=1.72243411.133690044.1405364011

I used this link to submit an updated offer letter with proper signature date, but not sure if it will work.

I didn't get AOR now , It would be month later.

damn it, I still worry it very much, because, I saw someone rejected because wrong birth date , of course this is key information.

not sure the offer letter signed start data and sign data if so critical. I have to worry about 40 days , then to check if I can update it.

I will depressed for 40 days. omg .... not happying

I called them, they said I can only wait the reject or wait someone may give me chance to update it. It looks like a serious issue.
:'(

Why would you sign your own offer Letter , ru referring to reference letter or something else ? what is signed date ??

not reference letter.

the offer letter which is an support document used to prove work experience

I signed the wrong year. it would be 08/19/2013

but I signed as 08/19/2014

I am sure it is a serious error, hope they return it soon, so I can submit it again soon.

if I leave it as empty, it would be much better, because it is just a support doc. not application form.

Why would you sign the offer letter again? I mean you signed it when you accepted the offer, right? You can just use a copy of that one...

yes, but the problem is , when you sign and accept the offer letter, then use that letter to apply work permit.

after you get work permit, the old date can't be right,

so when you enter the canada, company need you to sign a new date as salary start point.

the period when you applying work permit can't be counted.

which take months to get work permit

I saw your signature :
Doc's Request.: 29-05-2014

what's doc they want . New T4 ?

This seems complicated >:( I don't think the wrong signing date will be a problem, though, unless you get a really thorough VO who inspects everything. It might create some confusion initially but then a thorough VO will sort it out eventually.

Yes, it is a foolish mistake I have to admit it .

Hope so, Just can't be happy.

I can explain more about the sign :

company give offer letter,

I accept it and use it to apply work permit.

but at this point, before I landed Canada successful , they can't really hire me.

after I get work permit, then I can really start work for my company.

so my offer letter's start date can only be one date after my landing in canada.

so I printed 2 copies, one for HR another for me

I signed the HR one and submit it. but leave it empty for the one to me .

Now I need apply CEC , so I need a copy, so I sign the empty one again . but I signed with wrong date , it should be a date 1 year ago.

is that clear.

I think I get it. So you had an extra offer letter lying around, huh? ;)

I still think the signing date on the offer letter only means when you accept the offer. It has nothing to do with your actual starting date. Even for PR's and citizens, they might start working after a few weeks or even months of accepting the offer.

I guess it might be your company's policy that the starting date must be the same day of signing the offer, so they can pay you properly etc. But for PR application (or any other purposes actually) it doesn't have to be. The offer letter is a good supporting document, but it's not supposed to show when you started working and how long you have worked...

unfortunately, it also need signed the start date on the paper, and I signed the wrong too on the offer letter.

the format is :

start date:
sign date:

they should be 8/19/2013 but I signed them as 8/19/2014

everything is right in employer reference letter.

sadly is I have to wait , can't contact them to correct it .
