Hi everyone!
I am a Canadian citizenship and I have applied one year ago to sponsor my son (10 years) to go to Canada and have received this from the immigration:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

" I (immigration officer) have concerns that your (me) sponsor, does not reside in Canada and will not reside in Canada when you (my son, the applicant) become a permanent resident.

Before I make a final decision, I invite you to submit additional l intonation relating to these concerns:
Plans to return to Canada when visa is issued to applicant: Employment letter, banking, school
documents etc.
You have 30 days from the date of this letter to submit additional information to our office."
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
the problem is that I am currently outside Canada and it is really difficult for me to pack bags and return just like that within 30 days or less, or even to get a job contract ... or arrange for schools from outside Canada it is really none sense act and frustrating, so please if anyone can provide help let me know because time is running!!!
thank you for reading

Hi hsaraierh,
They want prooves that you will be back with your son in Canada after you get your visa. For example, where will you live? Do you own a house? Or will you rent one? And if it's the case, in which city? Which part of the city? Which are the schools in this area your son potentially vould go? Did you contact them? Do you have job offers? In which field will you work and did you start searching a job? Did you have some exchanges with potential employers? Do you have a bank account in Canada? Being outside Canada is not an issue anymore, you have internet!

DesertFlower is right. Try emailing places to live if you don't already have a house. Or if you're planning to live with someone get a letter from them saying they'll let you stay with them. Try emailing potential places to work too. Do some research on some schools in the area where you might live and tell CIC which you think would work best for your son and why. Do you have a bank account in Canada? If so, show CIC that too. Have you talked to friends or family recently about moving back to Canada with your son? You can show screenshots of texts or copies of emails of that too. Basically, CIC just wants to see you are trying to make solid plans.

By the way, even if you won't ever get the jobs you look up or live in the places you look at, that's okay too. These are just potential places, jobs and schools.

I have to show proof of my intent to return too. I included letters from family and friends in Canada saying they know we're planning on returning and that they'll help us when we first arrive, a letter from my Canadian bank showing the accounts and products I've maintained in good standing in Canada while living abroad, a letter from my Brazilian employer stating that she knows I plan to return to Canada and that my position with her will terminate when my husband receives his PR, arrangements for an event I'm planning in Canada about a year from now, our plan for housing when we arrive, and I'm also waiting on a letter from a past Canadian employer stating that he'd consider me for a position if there is an opening when we return.

You can also show evidence of job search/applications even if you haven't received an offer yet and housing inquiries even if you have officially arranged anything.

Good luck!

I also wrote a letter explaining that living abroad was always a temporary plan for me and why it's important for me to be returning now with my husband (starting a family, current location's lack of safety, political unrest, been away from my Canadian family too long, etc.)

thanks everyone i will try to obtain pre school acceptance or try to rent a house online if possible, I have bank acount in canada but how i can get a letter from them abroad is that possible
