I have some questions about family information form.

Hello.

I want to apply to IEC.
So I need writing IMM5707E form but there are some points I don't understand.

1. "ALL family members" does include my brother and his wife? Or only parents? (I'm single and don't have child.)

2. I have a step-father. Which should I write, biological father or step-father? both?
