So this was a life changing thing that occurred in my life but actually resulted in me becoming a better person. I made some foolish mistakes at a young age where i was arrested at 19 years old for a sexual offense (Possession of child Pornography) please remember that I was young and anyone under the age of 18 is considered a child in the united states. I was in possession of 11 photographs in where i was convicted of those crimes. Well this happened in Florida, where I was deported back to my country of birth (CANADA) and here I am now, just got married on February 1 to my best friend and beautiful wife in Cuba, which we actually met through family when I was in prison and we started writing each other. I spent 3 weeks with her when we got married. so, I'm doing my sponsor application and this was one of the questions asked:

"Have you been convicted of a sexual offence OR serious violent offence against anyone, or an offence causing bodily harm against someone who is or was related to you, or an attempt to commit such an offence?"

Now it says that there is a possibility your application could be denied, but it wasnt stating that it would be if you answered yes... BUT how do I answer when this crime was committed in another country and I don't have any criminal offences committed in Canada ? Do i say the truth? Because I even had a Psychological Exam done for court which was ordered to see if I was an endangerment to society, Which was stated I am not on it, Or do I act like it never happened?

You need to answer "yes" and provide the details surrounding your case. The US and Canada share information and it doesn't matter where the crime was committed.

If you act like it never happened that's misrepresentation (lying in an immigration application).

As you have qouted
"Have you been convicted of a sexual offence OR serious violent offence against anyone, or an offence causing bodily harm against someone who is or was related to you, or an attempt to commit such an offence?"

This doesn't say ONLY report if the crime was committed in Canada. So you need to answer YES because you did committed a crime.

Not sure if you will need help from an immigration lawyer.
