No one can say for sure.

But there was a time when people were saying that cutoff will never fall below 600 but it came down drastically.

As per my contention, any score above 400 is good enough..

Anything anyone says here is just a guess. But I agree with this poster, scores about 400 have a very good chance. No one can be sure, but 400-450 seems likely for the second half of the year.
