I have received TRV with counterfoil # in GC Key but i do not have COPR for Outland spouse sponsorship, Does COPR come with passport in courier ?

My GC Key is updated today with TRV visa details, but i am not seeing any COPR online, Does it come with Passport via courier/mail? Can i travel with TRV only?
