I have paid RPRF fee but still haven't got PR

I was asked to pay the RPRF fee on feb 19, 2018. I paid it right away. But the application status says that it is in progress still. I haven't got my PR. My medical test which was taken in september, 2017 will expire in a month. I don't know what to do here. Any suggestions?

Order your gcms notes. Rprf and ppr email have nothing to do with each other
