i have my study permit how soon can i move to canada?

Hey guys
since I didn't get my visa before term started I had to defer my classes to September 2019, but now(September 2018) I get my visa can I go now? if yes, won't it be a problem for my later apply for Canadian passport or permanent residence ????!!!!

It's too early to come to Canada now if your classes don't start until September 2019. You should plan to come next summer instead. You can't work until your classes start. If you come this early, CBSA may be worried you're coming early to work illegally and send you home.
