Well, the reasons are given to you

Now, the question is why the officer was not satisfied that you will leave. Something about your application seemed off to him. It's impossible to say what that was.
If I was you, I would go to an Immigration Consultant and have them look at your papers - everything you've written here seems fine, but maybe there's something about the papers that doesn't look real to the officer. It's hard to say without looking at the exact documentation.
