I have got my ainp nomination and fedral file no. But i received closed work permit when i reapplied and i was wondering if my employer plans to sell bussiness to another person what will happen to my closed work permit and file pr file processing

Its employment driven stream . I was a student and applied for ainp and currently i have fedral file number.

the employment restriction in your nomination paper is Yes or No ?
If NO then you could apply for BOWP

And what is written to the Prove. stream in your nomination paper ? ?

It is No in employment restriction and prove.stream is worker- job offer

Why didn't you apply for Bridging open work permit ? BOWP is open work permit

For BOWP isnt it a requirement thhas to be 4 months or less for current work permit to expire

When i applied for my workpermit i only had ainp nomination and not the fedral file number ,i was still waiting for fedral file number thats the reason i got closed work permit with the employer i was working. Now if he sells the bussiness what are my options
