This is Raj, I am a former International student in Canada. I've retuned from Canada in April 2022 as my visitor record is coming to expiry & I am currently in India I want to return on study / Visitor / work permit. My past Immigration history:
1. Enter Canada on Study permit in 2014 Jan for Masters & Graduated successfully & given PGWP
2. PGWP 2015 Sep to Sep 2018 .
3. Temporary Resident status Restored / Visitor Record from Jan 2019 to May 2019.
4. Second time school Study & Work permit(Co-op) from Jun 2019 to Dec 2021.
5. Maintained temporary Resident Visitor record Mar 2022 to Jun 2022.
then I've returned to my home country India in April 2022, unfortunately I was unable to file PR on TR to PR pathway & I have been in Canada for many years, and I feel this is now my home. I would greatly appreciate on any advices for me on how to proceed further, it would drastically change my life forever, for the better. Need the guidance.
thank you

Your options are apply for PR through EE or PNP, and hope you get invited. Assume you are eligible but you need to calculate your score. Or try and get a LMIA with closed work permit. An employer has to prove no Canadian or PR could be hired or has the skills, only you. Don't know your skills set. Then if you have LMIA, apply for a closed work permit. Studying again will not allow you to work in Canada after and will not give you any extra points since you have a Masters.

You can come to Canada to visit but can't live or work here. You would need to apply for a TRV and show that you have the funds, travel history, ties to Indian and a reason to visit.

How many points you have under Express Entry? Do you have at least one year of continuous paid work experience in a single skilled occupation? If so, which NOC?

I'm having 392 CRS score at present and i don't have 1 year continuous experience in Canada but i had one year from India as Pharma analyst.

So that is too low for EE as you want over 480. PNPs are your only option. Without a job offer and LMIA, you would only be eligible for Sask or Alberta. And that doesn't mean an invitation. Your NOC and score have to be selected.

I tried for an LMIA while in Canada but unfortunately could find the legit one but now since I'm in India its tough to find employer with LMIA and to apply for PR I've not enough CRS Scores (392) . I'm okay with study again but worried will that be approved or not. I'll try Visit but not sure what would be reason to visit to mention.

Studying again will not give you a PGWP so you cannot work after graduation and it will not increase your CRS score. Given you have had 2 permits and did your masters, you would have to do a Phd. A TRV is just to visit on holidays.
