I have been denied TRV before but got one in 2019. In applying for an ETA, I responded "NO" for previously denied visa. Please help!!

It was an honest mistake, never meant to mislead. Now they are asking me to submit a client information. What is the best way to reply to this? What is the best way to explain my lapse in judgement. I only have 10 days to reply. Please help!

Respond and provide the details of the refusal (i.e. when you were refused, what the refusal reasons were) and mention you made a mistaken in your ETA application. There's really not much you can do apart from that. Then you'll have to wait for IRCC to review your response and see what they do. Good luck.

The question about previous refusals was very clear.. It will be very tricky to defend yourself.. just try to be honest and explain yourself and i can just wish you luck .
