I have an open work permit - Can i apply for an US visa to travel? Please,help!!

I got an open work permit on Feb 21,2016 - Expiry date : Feb 21, 2018 and got a full-time job on March 02, 2016. So I want to apply an Us visa as a visitor to travel there in this summer, but I don't know where can I go now!? What do I need to prepare for the application?

For your purposes, you will need B1/B2 visa. Google B1/B2 and start from there. You will need to pick an appointment day at local US Embassy too. Payment is $160

You should provide letter of employment state that you will return to work in Canada after vacation from the US.

But i just got a full-time job from March 02,2016. So when is it suitable time to apply?

You can try to apply without providing Letter of employment, you may get the US visa, depending on the officer too. I think you shouldn't be any problem because you have full time job and you've been living here so many years.
