Yes, I have conditional LOA where I was supposed to submit my transcripts sealed from the previous university.

I have submitted the sealed transcripts and degree proof directly to the University which has been accepted too. So I can proceed with JAN 22 with VISA Application, right?

So ask the university for an unconditional LOA. Then apply.
