hello here I am an Algerian I am married with a Quebec 4 years in two children with me it is a 3 years is the other 2 years it is with his mother or his Quebec did 2 years is not separate divorced n j 'I not want my son for 2 years course I see just on skype I want to go see the other takes is to see his mother's been 3 years not just want to skype my problem I have no paper proof that I left Quebec after the visa expires is I have no money or bcp account what I want to know what I am entitled to see a visa to see my son?

You are certainly entitled to apply for a visitor visa - however there is no guarantee the visitor visa will be approved. To increase your chances of approval, you should include evidence with your applicaiton that you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term.
